After your event
Your event is over, but you can still build on its success and continue strengthening your club’s connection to the community:
Send thank-you notes to speakers, partners, attendees, and volunteers; consider including a survey and photos that show your club in action.- Invite attendees to connect with your club on social media or learn how to get involved and become a member.
- Use social media to post a summary of your event.
- Monitor your club’s email and social media accounts for questions and inquiries — and be sure to respond!
