Using the Brand Center

Q: Where are the brand guidelines?

A: The information that was in our guidelines is now part of the content in the Brand Center. You no longer have to download separate documents. Instead, you can bookmark and link directly to the pages you’re most interested in, and you can rely on having the most up-to-date information. We still offer Your Logos at a Glance that you can download for training and reference.

Q: I can’t find what I’m looking for.

A: Try using the search box. Search results will appear in the Downloads tab. Choose the Templates tab to see template results or Site to see site content. Still not finding what you want? Write to us and tell us how we can help.

Q: When I right-click to save an item in Downloads, the item appears blurry. What am I doing wrong?

A: You can’t save an item by right-clicking. When you find an ad, video, or image that you want to use, open it and select the DOWNLOAD button. You can then save it to your device.

Q: How do I share what’s in the Brand Center?

A: You can share a link to any item in the Brand Center by clicking the Share button in the item details. To share a completed template, like a club brochure or a customized club logo, you’ll first need to download what you’ve created and then share it from your device.

Q: How can I save what I’ve just created?

A: Completed templates can’t be saved in the Brand Center, but you can download your final version and save it to your device. So it’s important that your content is final before you download it. You might want to work on your template with other members, either virtually (via videoconference, for instance) or in person, to avoid the possibility of having to start over again.

Q: I don’t understand how to make my club’s logo. What can I do?
